SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

At Walnut Grove Farm, growing, selling, and shipping high-quality meat is what we do every day. We take great pride in the packaging and handling of our products. Due  to the perishable nature of our products, all Swangus Beef shipments are processed Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday delivery. Orders placed Thursday evening through Sunday will be processed and prepared for shipment on the following Monday. Expect your order to ship within one business day of placing your order. We offer 2 different shipping methods that are dependent on the delivery destination. During the checkout process, your appropriate shipping method will be determined by your delivery address. More information on the different shipping services is available below and during the checkout process of our online store.

To maintain the highest quality, our products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging and frozen prior to shipment. To ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped using a reusable cooler. Our products will arrive either frozen or partially thawed. Vacuum sealed packaging allows our meat to be safely thawed, refrigerated, or refrozen immediately upon arrival for long term keeping. The location of Walnut Grove Farm in the Southeastern United States dictates how our products must be shipped nationwide. Ensuring fresh delivery of perishable products across the country is arguably one of the toughest challenges that we face.
